General ToS

 

Allow up to 12 weeks (three months) for your commission to be completed. I will provide updates if anything comes up of which prevents your order from being completed in the most timely manner. After this time period, you are not required to pay, but if you would still like to, I do appreciate a 50% cut. Again, not required.

I will provide progress updates upon request through shots of the image's state, though it is preferred that one refers to the Trello card provided upon payment for quick and simple updates through the form of a "To-Do" checklist.

​

USD payments are not required until the commission is sent and confirmed to be of satisfaction. This does not apply to commissions with a total value of $75 and up, where 10% must be sent once the sketch update is confirmed to be of satisfaction.

                            - Virtual currency payments such as DA Points must be sent prior to                                  the lining process, and FPP (Furry Paws Points) must be sent in full                                  before the commission is begun, but will not be collected till the                          commission is completed and confirmed to be of satisfaction.

                           - All USD payments will be handled through PayPal only, for the safety

                             of both the commissioner and myself. Virtual currency payments will        be handled through their respective sites/programs.

    - Payments plans can be established upon discussion.

I reserve the right to reject any commission upon my discretion. If contact is not established for up to 3 months after the commission is started, the order will be presumed canceled and any payment provided will be returned according to the terms listed unless otherwise discussed.

Full refunds may be provided at any time before the coloring process has began. After which, only 75% will be returned in compensation for the time spent on the piece. This does not apply to smaller pieces (e.g. Icons, Headshot Tags) or incomplete pieces (e.g. Sketches)

A full refund will be provided should I decided to no longer continue the commission, regardless the state of completion.

I reserve the right to use your commission as an example of my work. My work is not to be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise discussed.

Design ToS

​

All designs must be properly credited to me using any of my socials on the strip below. I must be credited for the original design on all future references using the tag "PeppermintPudding@DA" or "Pepperkins".

 

Premade/Custom Designs: Designs may be resold, traded, and gifted without notice or permission. Designs may not be sold alone for more than the price paid upon purchase. Upon collection of additional artwork, then it may be sold for the value accumulated.

Litter Designs: Designs commissioned for a litter of any sort must be properly credited on the litter post/sale. Designs bought for USD may be resold for any currency, but no more than 30% over the original value of purchase unless discussed otherwise.

By contacting me in any way to inquire about commissions, you hereby agree to the terms stated above. Violation of these terms will result in a blacklist from my commissions and any future sales.
